Refund Policy

No refunds are given once we either begin working on your logo project or create your logo sketch or digitize your logo. Please review examples of logo designs we have created so that you can see the type of work we produce before purchasing our logo design service.

Once your logo design is digitized, this is considered a completed design and no refunds are given after your design is completed.

Refunds are only given if we DO NOT start your logo design creation process on the agreed upon date, and you do not receive a sketch or digital design for your logo.
